Meijer Gardens

Aunt Andra and Uncle Glen came for Kaleb's party and joined us at the Botanical gardens the next day. Kaleb was not feeling the picture thing, much to mommy's disappointment. I was trying to get a cute one and avoid the whole 3 year professional picture thing. :)

Kaleb's 3rd birthday ~ Party with Friends

We had Kaleb's birthday party with friends and some family on Sat 3/29, his actual birthday. We had a busy house and lot's of people came to celebrate. What a great day!

Easter and Family b-day party for Kaleb's 3rd

We had a house full Sunday for Kaleb's 3rd birthday party with family and to celebrate Easter. Kaleb got a lot of fun toys, books and car stuff. Aunt Theresa was showing off her baby belly (due in June). Notice Kaleb's hair cut too. He's a big boy with a real hair cut. We went to a salon this time. No more momma trims. :) Well for a while at least.

Visit with "Momma Tracy"

We visit with Momma Tracy, Kaleb's birth mother, every 3 months in Lansing. We went out to eat at Applebee's and opened Kaleb's birthday gifts. She went crazy with Car's themed gifts and he loved it! We went to the Impressions 5 Children's Museum afterwards and spent some time playing. It is a great place to check out in the Lansing area. Most of the things were geared towards older kids, but Kaleb found it interesting and they had a toddler area just his size with fun stuff as well.

"Eastown Explosion"

A gas leak caused an explosion leveling the building between Szchuan Garden and Pita house in Eastown. The area is still fenced off and here are some pictures from 2 weeks later.

My 30th Birthday Quilt from MOM

This is the quilt my mom made for my 30th birthday. It was finished during my 30th year and given to me complete on my 31st birthday. It has a mermaid and sea creatures and items in the quilting but it's hard to see in the pictures. I LOVE it!
